2nd Accident in the Neighborhood

Minivan was underwater in our subdivision pond; one tree damaged in process.

Don't ask me how the lady managed to crash into a tree and then fall into the pond that is yards away from the sidestreet with the speedlimit of 25mph... (yeah, she was fine and no one was hurt)

Crowd of people stood around watching the van get pulled out of the cold water at 10:30pm on a Thurs night (and of course I happened to be among them :P) The picture isn't a great quality, but thought I'd share ~
